Three more matches in the on-going league I’m playing. The first was a poor 0-0 draw with Middlesborough, who are now bottom of the table. Why I failed to even get a shot on goal is beyond me.
Next, was some London team, but I forget which. I beat them 1-0, due to a stupid own goal they managed within the first five minutes of play.
Finally, for now, was Arsenal. They played much, much better than me (and had a 70% or something possession percentage), but still lost 1-0 due to the fact that they missed some very open goal shots. I beat the team at the top of the league, but draw with those at the bottom. Bizarre.
This leaves me in 7th at the moment. So not too bad.
