This came today, so it was rude not to have a go.
First of all, you have to do a few preliminary tests to give an initial estimate of you “brain age”. It suggested mine had an age of 78. When 20 is good, and higher is bad. Oops.
Went ahead and played the training properly, then. There were quick-fire arithmatic questions, a Stroop Test (say the colour of a word, when the word is a colour), and some reading aloud. It charts your scores too.
Also had a go at the sudoku training puzzles, and then the first of the easier “full” puzzles, which took me about 9 1/2 minutes to complete.
