I gave this quite a bit of play today. So much so, in fact, that I’ve now finished the whole of the first season of Career Mode, without losing a single match (of which there were about 50), coming top of the Championship, winning the England Cup, and the Community Shield (or Cup or Trophy, or whatever). Disappointingly, the Cup Final was (unrealistically) against Yeovil. Tch. I was expecting Liverpool or Arsenal or something.
I’m now in the Premiership. I played two games (Wigan and Birmingham), and beat them both by at least 4 goals. That puts me at the top of the league already.
