Where the hell is Joan? I have almost 300,000 bells burning a hole in both pockets, some bags and my house and she’s nowhere to be seen. Gah.
Sold some more fruit that had grown overnight, and dug up three fossils. Bashed the Rock o’ Money too, and talked with the animals (and walked with the animals) for a bit. Found out Caroline the Squirrel won the “Bright Nights” house competition. Tortimer told me to tell her the news, but it wouldn’t let me. She did give me a kiddy carpet for free though so it wasn’t a waste of time.
Tom Nook is in a funny mood today. He started talking about how everyone thinks he’s just after money all the time and that’s all he’s ever concerned about. I told him that that was generally the case, and he agreed.
Found a message in a bottle on the beach this morning as well. It was from Spanky, warning me that “Rod” has “wandering hands”. I’ll keep that in mind.
