And we also played this straight afterwards. Didn’t do especially well on this game either, as I kept being absolutely certain that certain songs were things that they were not. However, I won (again), but didn’t make the leaderboard for the first time in all 16 played games. Rubbish.
Ubarpowaz! On my second attempt today (after a long break from the game) I managed about 340,000 points! OK, so compared to others it is still pretty crap (although I went up about 10 places in my friend list leaderboard), but it’s a big improvement on the 240,000-odd previous best. And it got me another two achievements – 250,000 Points, and Survived 250,000 Points – the latter as I’d not died until after 300,000. And then lost all five lives …
Achievement Unlocked! 70 Gamerpoints Get! Ace! I “finished” the first mountain (although, I expect I’ll be back) by chasing some people on boards, then on a snowmobile. Now I’ve been kicked out of my “crew” because the crew leader bloke (J-Dog) is in cahoots with the bad guys. I found out, so I’m out. Now I’m completely confused as to how your age is worked out. I play the same three games each day when it comes to the calculation, and today I beat my personal best in both Connect Maze and Number Cruncher (I beat my previous best Connect Maze score by a good 23 seconds too – from 59 to 36), and came second on the leaderboard for Calculations x20 with 24 seconds (first place being 22). I played the first level for a bit to try and get a bit higher up my friends-list leaderboard. I managed it, getting a time of about 15.5 seconds, but the leaderboards are completely messed up and make no sense at all. I’m ranked higher than some of the people I’m lower than, and have worse times than some of those I’m higher than. Also tried to get the Easter Egg on one of the levels where it’s floating about …
Worked through Adventure mode a bit more, reaching level 5-5 before losing my last life. At least all of level 4 is done now, I suppose. Played Gauntlet mode then, scoring really poorly. So poorly, in fact, I’m at the bottom of my friend’s list leaderboard for it. Rubbish.
Nope. I just can’t do the half-pipey level at all. The game is clearly broken. I did, however, manage to find an easter egg on the very first level when I was trying to improve my times.
