It’s back! Hurrah!
And, to my surprise, it works. Sadly, not everything is perfect with it now, but I can manage. Firstly, the clips that hold the faceplate on have been bent so the top of the faceplate is a few millimetres proud of the rest of the 360’s case. Secondly, I’ve had to re-download about half of my XBLA games as they’d reverted to trial versions (when logged in as another user). Why only about half of them, I don’t know. Finally, all the games I’d installed to hard drive need reinstalling to the hard drive. Why? The files are still there – I can see them taking up piles of space – but when I run a game from disc that I’d previously installed, it still plays entirely from disc.
Minor niggles, but confusing ones.
