I have included our Repair FAQ below for you, as this descibres how you would send your console to us for repair. However, I‚Äö?Ñ?¥m afraid any console that has had any kind of unauthorised software or hardware modifiction would be listed as a chargeable repair. In some cases, this may be at a cost as high as ¬¨¬£199.99, but we would certainly supply a quote before proceeding with any repair work for you.

We can certainly transfer any Virtual Console or WiiWare licenses to a repaired or replacement console for you, so you would be able to re-download any previous titles at no cost that you may have had. I‚Äö?Ñ?¥m afraid it is very unlikely that we would be able to retrieve any save data from your console though, although we will certainly try. We cannot guarantee that your save data could be salvaged, however.
