This game has been sat on my shelf for about 18 months now, I think, and I’ve never even opened it. I thought I knew about the game too – jump around as a german woman and shoot robots. Played anohter six or so matches in Career Mode today. Didn’t have any trouble wiping the floor with such teams as Sheffield Wednesday, Southhampton and Wolverhampton. I’m really, really getting annoyed with this game now. It seems that I was wrong to sell turnips yesterday. In a shock reversal of the Law Of Tim, they were worth 284 bells this morning. Rubbish. Tim Miller insists that the best turnip prices are always on a Thursday or Friday. As I have noted previously, this has never been the case with me, with my best prices coming on Tuesday, Wednesday, and sometimes Saturday. Chapter 18x was really easy, even though I took all the wrong units in to battle. I knew there would be a load of magic users to fight, so I took all my magic users in. Then, of course, after a few turns, someone casts Silence over half the map, and renders them all useless. Made almost 100,000 bells harvesting and selling fruit, and by selling a couple of fossils and some junk and fish I had left over from another day. Also went and spoke with all my animals, including Chow, a panda who moved in today. Alice the Koala came over to see my house, and gave me four stars!
