I’m not a Windows (or Mac) guy, but a friend asked me to take a look at his sick machine a few months ago, which he ultimately decided he didn’t want back, so I’ve been poking around the World’s Favourite OS now and again for laughs. And honestly, this isn’t one of those pro-Linux rants; I know it isn’t for everybody and has its own annoyances (hell, I remember ranting about it on CSS when I first started).
But I can’t beleieve people put up with that update process. It’d drive me insane. And what’s the deal with all the rebooting?
