Animal Crossing: Wild World (DS)

Yes – another quick play. Nan took a shirt from me, then asked for another, which I gave her, and in return she gave me the first one back again. Ungrateful cow. Or goat. Or whatever. Turnips were a rubbish 56 bells today, which I wasn’t prepared to sell them for (obviously), and I found and sold a few fossils and stuff.

Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan (DS)

It has been some time since I last played this, but now I have my DS Lite and a nice long wooden stylus (from Blue on the rllmuk forums), I thought I’d give doing Ready Steady Go (the final level) on Insane mode. Of course, I was rubbish being out of practise for so long. Went back to Hard mode instead, and redid some levels there, getting better scores than I’d had previously.

Animal Crossing: Wild World (DS)

Using the power of time travel, I visited K.K. Slider last night and he played me K.K. Samba. I then wound forwards to this morning, and bought some turnips (only 1500 though) for 92 bells each, and then had a chat to my animals. Boy-girl Margie was packed up ready to leave, so I told her to stay. When I finally caught the time up, she was still there so maybe she isn’t going to move out.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (360)

Cripes. That was a bit of a long quest! Basically, I’ve now finished the Thieves Guild questline (50 more Gamerpoints got, too), but can’t say too much for fear of spoilers. What I will say, however, is there’s a huge trek through the Imperial City sewers, then through “The Old Way”, a secret passage to underneath the palace, then through the palace dungeons, and finally some sneaking inside the palace. Oh yes, and then you have to get out again. …

Animal Crossing: Wild World (DS)

I got a new resident in Cheese today – Mallory from “fedic”. Went and said hello, and then spent a while digging up fossils, selling them, and talking to animals. It was a flea market day today, but I didn’t buy much as everything I wanted wasn’t for sale, and everything for sale I didn’t need for my catalogue. No aurora knit yet either. Tch.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (360)

Just a brief play, to go round nicking stuff to get the Grey Fox’s attention again. Mostly went round Bravil Castle, stealing silverware from the kitchen and a few weapons and some jewelry that I, uh, “found” in display cases. I then went to see Fathis Ules, who is supposedly the best fence the Thieves Guild has. Sadly, he turned out to be the same guy who sent be looking for that sword the Jemane brothers’ father had nicked, so …

Animal Crossing: Wild World (DS)

You may have noticed I’ve not really played much in the way of games in the last few days. That’s because my PC’s hard drive has some bad sectors and I’ve been making sure everything is backed up before I take the plunge with a new hard drive and reinstall everything. Anyway. Turnips were 122 bells today, which was (quite frankly) obscene, so I didn’t sell. Gave Margie yet another shirt, but still don’t have an aurura knit for Nan. …

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (360)

After a bit of a hunt, I found the other spy (there was a load of caverns under the other spy’s house, but I had to wait for a specific time of day for him to appear) and killed him until he be dead. After that, I went back to see Sean Bean and he sent me of on another quest – to find a daedric artifact. Before starting off on that, however, I went back to my house in …

Animal Crossing: Wild World (DS)

Still no decent turnip price in Cheese this week, with Nook offering me 72 bells today. I don’t know why I bother – it is hardly ever worth selling them “at home”. Bunnie has decided to stay, it seems, as she was unpacked again today. Oh well. Jay is still ill. That’s over a week now. Maybe he’ll die? Or she. It is hard to tell with some of the animals. I mean, Margie turned out to be a boy, …

Animal Crossing: Wild World (DS)

Rubbish bellage offers again today, with Nook suggesting 84 bells per turnip is a good price. My heart shirt arrived, so I gave that to Margie, and made a half-hearted attempt to convince Bunnie to stay in Cheese. Also found four fossils, and sold them. I have all the fossils in the museum now, so they’re only worth collecting for the bells. Crazy Redd was about, but had nothing in stock that I wanted. Didn’t do much else, aside from …

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (360)

Played “properly” today, rather than kill everyone in sight. I loaded a pre-slaughter save, you see. So, first task was to visit the woman in the Mystic Archives again, and she told me to come back later. I decided to wait around, and Amusei found me and told me I needed to see the Grey Fox in Cheydenhal. Off I went, and started the next Thieves Guild quest – to find the boots of Springheel Jak. Except he’s dead, and …
