Not a Wii at all, honest
Nintendo shouldn’t be worried about all those fake Nintendo DSes that don’t exist – they should be more concerned about the iTek, a not-like-a-Wii-a-all ¬¨¬£39.99 jobbie from Roys: Dear Santa, Please get me a crappy iTek for Christmas! Love, deKay xxx
New camera shinyness
After what must be around 6 years of loyal service, the time has come to finally replace my ageing (and broken once and repaired) Canon IXUS II digital camera. Well, I say replace – it isn’t going anywhere. I just wanted a new one. Yes, even having just bought a new camcorder. There was nothing especially wrong with the IXUS. It takes good quality pictures, is pretty quick, and has plenty of options and functions I rarely even needed. It …
That’s Asda Price! Again!
More AMAZING bargain spottage in Asda this evening.¬¨‚Ć First, this fantastic buy-two-for-a-pound offer: That’s right!¬¨‚Ć You can buy one, or buy two for exactly twice the price! Staggering value, I’m sure you’ll agree.¬¨‚Ć However, it’s not as special as this multibuy bargain:
Boots can just sod right off
Because when I went in there today, this is what I saw: It would seem that Boots don’t realise it’s only the first week in September. They had four whole rows of this sort of thing.
This is my dinner
It’s the other sort of Bento. You know, the food not the database software. Tastes better than databases too!
Norwich has Elephants
Part of the “Go Elephants!” thing currently going on. I don’t really understand why it’s going on, but anyway.
Look into my eyes
Quite literally, look into my eyes. Vision Express finally emailed me these photos of my eyes. And they really are quite impressive!¬¨‚Ć Thankfully, there’s nothing wrong, although I wasn’t really expecting there to be. I just thought ¬¨¬£10 for some ace photos of inside me was a bargain!
Photos from the archives #1
I’ve been sorting all my old photos out today, importing them into iPhoto and stuff. So I thought I’d post some. This is the world’s smallest table football game. Amaze!
The month of Famousness
I’ve been spotted! My friend Ian just emailed me this amazing picture, taken in Kings Lynn today. I especially like the bit where it lies about my place of birth (I’m from oop North, not Norfolk). I’m the bloke on the advert on the right, not the car.
1337
On Thursday, as Microsoft had given me confirmation that they could sort the DRM issues out, I went and bought a 360 Elite from Zavvi. It was supposed to be 270 quid with three games, but somehow I managed to get it for 260. Anyway, someone on rllmuk sent me the hard drive transfer cable which arrived a few minutes ago, and now I’m transferring everything from one drive to the other. It’s going to take over an hour! Good …
No mention of Korean racial stereotypes
I was in Asda yesterday, and was horrified to see the sort of things they’re selling now. I’m all for “world foods” and new flavours and stuff, but this is… a little too far.
