So I bricked my Wii last night. Last week, there was an update for the 360. It was supposedly innocuous, simply providing the groundwork for some features not yet accessible. It wasn’t supposed to do anything to the system. Except, of course, for me. I can now no longer access the Marketplace. Joy! I can sign in and out of Live, send and receive messages, play games online, and all that – but the Marketplace is just… gone. I can still download stuff, by going to xbox.com …
I’ve added 37 more games to the Museum! I’ve not updated it in quite a while, and I still have to scan a few covers for some of those games added, but the majority are Xbox Live Arcade/Wii Ware/iPhone downloaded titles, so have no covers to scan. I’m up to 1719 games now. That’s a lot of games.
There’s a game on Xbox Live Arcade Indie Games called “I MAED A GAM3 W1TH Z0MB1ES 1N IT!!!1” With that spelling and probably that capitalisation. It’s a twin-stick, multiplayer shooter. With zombies in it (in case you hadn’t realised). And it’s pretty good. But… the soundtrack makes it OUTSTANDING. See for yourself:

I teased it a bit yesterday, but here’s some more information on the best games console since the original Game King – the itek! I paid a STAGGERING ¬¨¬£19.99 for this from local supermarket “Roys”.
