Good lord. What a nice looking tiny notebook this is! With an 8.9″ screen (at 1366×768) the HP Compaq 2133 is instantly more usable than the EeePC (which, I should point out, I do love) without being much bigger. It’s a little heavier, sure, but LOOK! Noooo! My lovely shiny expensive sexy audio equipment has a flaw! A nasty horrid flaw! It seems that you can’t play Wii Virtual Console games through it. The picture splits in half, and the left half is on the right and vice versa. Then the screen goes black. And then I can’t use the Home button to bring up the menu, as when I do, the Wii crashes. Yesterday, eBay announced that they’re going to stop allowing negative feedback on sales. Sort of, anyway – only buyers will be allowed to leave negative feedback, with sellers having to make do with positive or nothing. Of course, this now means that (for sellers) no feedback is the new bad feedback. I believe it’s a backwards step. I’m not saying the positive/negative feedback thing is the best solution, but this is even worse. I lost any faith in eBay years …
