Played this a LOT over the weekend. And don’t feel like I’ve actually progressed much at all. Sure, I’ve got the Eyes of Whatsit from the dwarven ruins, and killed the guy who betrayed everyone, but aside from taking some things I’d picked up along the way to various people to finish some side quests, that seems to be all. Why it took so long, I don’t know. Stats fans! I’m about 38 hours in, on level 21. Hurrah!

Went through another couple of levels, embarrassingly only on intensity 2.4. They were quite easy though, with my new Pudgy Palm of Awezom Power. After stealing a horse for Louis Letrush many hours ago in Skyrim, I noticed half-a-Louis near the stables outside Whiterun. He seemed to be stuck in the ground. It was odd, sure, but this sort of thing is reasonably common in games like this. However, a few hours later I was walking past Whiterun again, and, well – watch.
Complet…oh, wait. Seems that the end, which was heavily signposted, even with the “This is the final battle!” speech, turned out to not only be not the end, but actually be the beginning. What. I won’t say why (spoilers), but I was wondering why the game felt so short!
